Having been born and raised in Michigan, I relocated to Long Island from Hilton Head, South Carolina. I have since been a 21 year resident of Manorville and it was here I began my 20 year career in real estate. Jennifer A. Pendzick

Jennifer has a solid background in real estate, from being a paralegal working with attorneys handling contracts and closings for over ten (10) years, as well as handling closings as a settlement agent. Currently works as a licensed real estate agent for BrookHampton Realty and as a Senior Exchange Counselor at Asset Preservation, Inc. As a real estate agent she brings a knowledge and understanding of transactional experience with a specialty in first time home buyers. As an Exchange Counselor, her knowledge expands to the investment property portion of real estate. Jennifer dedicates most of her time working with accountants, attorneys, real estate agents and brokers and principals throughout the Northeast structuring tax deferred exchanges. She also lectures on the subject of IRC §1031 tax deferred exchanges on Long Island, New York.

Jennifer received her Bachelors in Science from St. Joseph's College in Organizational Management and her Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies from Suffolk County Community College.
